I just downloaded Point Lookout yesterday. This dlc made the game much better. It had harder enemies, better animations and cutscenes, more interesting characters, the free-roaming is better, and the story is wonderful!

Graphics=8.7
From just looking at a screenshot of Fallout 3, you know the graphics wasn't the main priority. But, on Point Lookout everything looks better! The environment is creative, the new animation and in-game cutscenes look great.

Gameplay=9.5
The gunfights on the game is more fun and creative. It's like they were going for a Call of Duty approach. The quests and choices are creative.

Story=10
I first thought that the tribe was going to be steriotypical. But they're actually interesting. And the twist in the end of the main quest is very surprising. SPOILERS AHEAD! The acid trip part was funny and my favorite part.

Extras=7
The new guns are strong as hell and makes the game harder for you and easier for you.

Lasting Appeal=9
You're gonna come back for sidequests and to discover new locations.
